This training program is designed to provide job seekers with hands on training in a warehouse setting. Our trainees operate in a “green collar” environment.  All aspects of this training are designed to be conscious of current sustainability practices in the disassembly and processing of material and the uses of renewable resources.

The key objectives of the program are:

  • To provide a work based learning program to prepare a pool of job seekers with the technical competencies and soft skills needed to attain jobs within the warehouse field
  • To provide clear pathways for job seekers to transition into either work or advanced training programs.

The classroom training, in coordination with multiple partners, allows the individual to learn the skills needed to obtain employment in the warehouse industry.  Each student will earn a 10-hour OSHA certification and may also be eligible to earn a forklift operator certification.

  • Shipping
