The impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has affected us all personally and professionally. During this time, the safety of our employees, program participants, shoppers, and donors is paramount and our first priority.
Headquarters, North Haven, Providence, and New Haven Campus: These locations will remain closed until further notice, but we are now offering Virtual Career Services. Retail Stores: We’re ready for you! Our team members have installed clear barriers, social distancing markers, implemented extensive sanitizing and cleaning protocols, and new rules and guidelines. We’re following all official advice from the CDC and state agencies.
Our stores are open daily 10 am – 7 pm with the exception of our New Britain store which is open daily 10 am – 6 pm. We ask for your understanding that new protocols might limit access to the stores in heavy traffic times, and ask that you please follow all social distancing guidelines during your visit. If there is a line, please keep 6 feet distance. Please follow our one-way-aisle markers. We require masks to be worn by shoppers and associates at all times. If you feel sick, please don’t visit our stores to keep everyone safe and healthy.
We now offer contactless payments with Apple/Google Pay and compatible credit cards, as well as non-contact donation drop off.
Donation Centers: Our donation centers are open for non-contact donations, daily 10am to 6pm.
For all locations, we ask you to please refrain from leaving donations outside, since we have no way of servicing these locations during these times.
