Headquarters, North Haven, Providence, and New Haven Campus: These locations will remain closed until further notice, but we are now offering Virtual Career Services. If in these times of social distancing you need some help getting your career on track, please click here to schedule a virtual session with one of our career coaches!

Retail Stores: We’re ready for you! Our team members have installed clear barriers, social distancing markers, implemented extensive sanitizing and cleaning protocols, and new rules and guidelines. We’re following all official advice from the CDC and state agencies.

Our stores are open Monday through Sunday, 10 am – 7 pm with the exception of our New Britain store which is open Monday through Sunday 10 am – 6 pm. Our Branford, CT Store and Donation Center is currently closed, as we are expanding this location. We ask for your understanding that new protocols might limit access to the stores in heavy traffic times, and ask that you please follow all social distancing guidelines during your visit. If there is a line, please keep 6 feet distance. Please follow our one-way-aisle markers. We require masks to be worn by shoppers and associates at all times. If you feel sick, please don’t visit our stores to keep everyone safe and healthy.

We now offer contactless payments with Apple/Google Pay and compatible credit cards, as well as non-contact donation drop off.

Donation Centers: Our donation centers are open for non-contact donations, Monday through Sunday, 10am to 6pm.

For all locations, we ask you to please refrain from leaving donations outside, since we have no way of servicing these locations during these times.

Please note that this information can change at any time. Most importantly, we ask everyone to stay safe and follow the guidelines from the CDC and our government officials.
