Goodwill of Southern New England is a forward-thinking, community-focused organization dedicated to enhancing communities by empowering individuals of all abilities through personalized employment, training, and services across south-central and eastern Connecticut and Rhode Island.

Driven by our mission of strengthening communities by supporting individuals of all abilities through person-centered employment, training, and services, we work toward a vision where every person has the opportunity to achieve a happy and fulfilled life.

To bring this mission to life, we operate 17 thrift stores, 1 boutique thrift store, 11 attended donation centers, and 1 outlet store throughout the region. The donations we collect—whether at our centers or our conveniently located bins across CT and RI—are sold in these stores to generate revenue. This revenue funds job training opportunities and helps individuals find employment.
