IDEA (Individually Developed Employment Assistance) and SHP (Supported Housing Program) provide supported employment and education placement services following the evidence-based Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model. IDEA and SHP support individuals with serious mental illness and/or a history of substance use disorder. SHP specifically supports individuals who also have recently or are at risk of housing instability. Job-related case management services are also available.
