Participants in Promotion must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. GWSNE reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any Participant for any reason, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion at any time for any reason. No purchase is necessary to enter, nor will a purchase improve or increase a Participant’s chances of winning. This Promotional Giveaway will be available to all donors by a single monthly entry via our website at www.goodwillSNE/raffle.

Entry forms are collected electronically for a monthly drawing of one single winner of a Goodwill of Southern New England Gift Card. The odds of winning are based on the amount of entries at the time of drawing. Participants do not need to be present to win. Winner will be notified by email to the email specified on the entry form. Winner has 48 hours to claim the prize before another participant has
the chance to win that prize. If the email address on the entry form is not valid another participant can be chosen for the prize.

Prizes are non-transferrable. All taxes, if applicable, on any prize awarded are the sole responsibility of the winner. Each Participant releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Goodwill of Southern New England, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, successors and assigns from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to Participant arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in Promotion.

The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to his/her prize after it has been accepted and/or delivered. Sponsor will not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete,stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage-due entries; or any and all technical error or failure. Promotion is subject to the laws of the state of Connecticut.
