Individually Developed Employment Assistance

The Norwich, Connecticut Power of Work center provides individuals with the opportunity to learn job-seeking skills, develop their resumes, get job placement assistants, learn job retention skills, and much more. Individuals get matched with an Employment Specialist and are provided with the necessary support(s) to reach their employment goals. The participants and their Employment Specialists create individualized plans to seek and obtain competitive employment in their chosen fields.

We provide Employers in the community with qualified candidates to fill their vacancies. Companies host workshops in our center on topics such as interviewing for a job, work ethics, time management, and such.
